Terms and Conditions


You can book via email or on the phone. Your booking will be confirmed on email.


Unless otherwise agreed, the course will be run at your offices. Please provide a room with a table and sufficient chairs. If you are also able to provide a flip chart and a means to project slides onto a screen/other then this would be helpful.


The price for the course is that shown on the website at the time of booking.

Any discounts given (for example, for charities) are at our discretion and apply at the time of booking only.


All charges are subject to VAT.

Payment can be made by BACs or by cheque and is due within 30 calendar days of the invoice date.

Transfers, cancellation and postponement

Any form of non-attendance on a course is considered a cancellation. You may cancel a booking by email to mikejubb1@gmail.com. A course a fee is payable as follows:

More than 4 weeks                             50%

Between 1 and 4 weeks                      75%

Less than 1 week                               100%

If we cancel a course any fees you have paid will be refunded in full or you can transfer to another date at no extra charge.


Mike Jubb Training reserves the right to make changes (these will only be improvements!) to the content of any of its courses at any time without notice.

Customer Satisfaction

Mike Jubb Training strives for 100% customer satisfaction. We have never had a complaint.

If you are not completely happy with the course please speak to the trainer on the day or as soon as possible afterwards.

In the event that you remain unsatisfied, please email us within 48 hours of the course setting out your complaint and we will contact you to discuss refunding all or part of your fee.
